We carefully scrutinize your application and related documentation for your UAE visa and ensure that it has the maximum chances of getting approved by the UAE Government.By providing professional consulting services with vast experience and technical know-how.

We will make all efforts to obtain your visa in the specified period of time. However, we will not be responsible for any of the UAE visa issuing authority refusal events such as; accept the application or delay in processing, issuance of an incorrect visa. If any of the above matters occurs by mistake or deletion by us, then our liability is strictly limited to the cost of a replacement Visa or refund of all fees paid and we cannot accept any  responsibility for consequential loss, such as, but not limited to: lost profits/income, lost airfares.

There are some terms and conditions drafted by and for getyourvisadubai.com, which are governed by UAE laws. Any change to these Terms and Conditions will only be considered if they are provided in writing by one of our travel consultants on an official signed and stamped Company letterhead.

Account Cancellation and Termination

  • Getyourvisadubai.com reserves the right to cancel payments or orders prior to the commencement of the delivery, without stating any reasons for the same.
  • The order could be cancel within the legal period which is 7 working days, beginning from the time of email confirmation of your order from getyourvisadubai.com. And according to your order and express permission we will start the procedures to deliver the order immediately and before this statutory ends. Therefore, the services will have deemed to have been provided and you will lose the right to cancel your order.Getyourvisadubai.com shall expressly request your permission to do so at the time you submit your order.
  • Cancellation of Order will levy a pre-order processing charge of USD …… per application.
  • If the UAE visa issuing authority rejected your application, Getyourvisadubai.comis unable to provide a refund and you will have to reapply in accordance with UAE visa laws.
  • And if the UAE visa issuing authority approved your application, Getyourvisadubai.com is unable to provide a refund and you must comply in accordance with the policy.
  • According to the new guideline from the immigration of UAE, no cancellation request shall be entertained until further notice.
  • No cancellation request will be accepted for the application processed or approved from the UAE immigration desk.
  • You may receive refunds in cases where Getyourvisadubai.com is unable to provide you with the service as stated in the contract. And usually the refund for the money which is used initially to place an order is processed immediately. However it may take 2 weeks.

Timelines

  • Getyourvisadubai.comis offers the timeline to process the UAE visa within 24-72 business working hours according to the UAE immigration desk.
  • After the application is processed, the visa could be delayed due to additional documents required by the UAE immigration desk.

Availability & Pricing

  • Getyourvisadubai.com does not guarantee in any way that your application will be approved by the UAE Visa issuing authority. Our service is deemed fulfilled once we checked your online submission and submitted to the UAE visa issuing authority.
  • We are not responsible for any application rejected due to failure to provide supporting documents as and when required, incorrect or incomplete information, or any similar errors in relation to the UAE visa application.
  • The fee for the visa is applicable and debited from the applicant account as soon as the application is processed and approved.
  • Applicant has to ensure that before applying for the visa with us, they should not have applied somewhere else. Otherwise, immigration shall stop the processing and the fees will still be applicable.
  • Getyourvisadubai.com does not issue visas and is not affiliated to or part of any official or government body.
  • Once your UAE visa is approved, we may ask for additional documents for the record maintenance purpose, it will include; return air ticket, hotel or stay details.
  • We may or may not ask you for the security amount to be deposited prior to your travel to UAE.
  • Applications for Visa and all other related services may be made on the official UAE government's visa website.
  • The pricing or services in this website are in keeping with the current standards for a given service. No reforms will be made on the pricing as stated on this website.
  • If there should be a change in the pricing of a given service requested by an applicant, and it has already been dispatched by Getyourvisadubai.com, the original price at the time of placing the order will apply.
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.
  • In certain cases, visa fee includes any 3rd party charges such as bank transaction charges levied by the UAE Government.
